This honey often boasts a mild, smooth taste with subtle floral undertones. It's delicate and doesn't overpower, making it perfect for baking or tea. If you want a more natural sweetener, this is the go-to honey option for you.
White Honey
Pure, raw honey naturally crystallizes. This is a normal process and not a sign of adulteration. The rate at which honey crystallizes can vary, depending on the types of flowers the bees have visited. If your honey crystallizes and you prefer it in liquid form, we recommend placing the jar (without the lid) in a pot with about an inch of water. Put the burner on low heat and stir occasionally. It should take approximately 10 minutes for the honey to transform from solid to liquid. Ensure the honey doesn't simmer, as this will pasteurize it.
